Анотація
Програма вивчення нормативної навчальної дисципліни «Основи дефектології та логопедії» складена відповідно до освітньо-професійної програми підготовки бакалаврів педагогічних спеціальностей А2 Дошкільна освіта.
У сучасній загальній та спеціальній педагогіці декларується положення про необхідність раннього виявлення і подолання порушень у психофізичному розвитку дитини. Це має виключно важливе значення для формування особистості дитини, для підготовки її до шкільного навчання. Студентам, майбутнім дошкільним педагогам, вихователям необхідно мати уявлення про всі основні види порушень психофізичного розвитку, і, насамперед, – інтелектуальні, мовленнєві, про причини їх виникнення, а також про шляхи їх подолання та корекції. Саме це визначаємо як основу корекційних, а у їх складі – логопедичних, знань.
Мета курсу – озброїти студентів сучасними знаннями корекційної педагогіки і психології; допомогти студентам, майбутнім спеціалістам у галузі дошкільної освіти, на основі активної самостійної роботи систематизувати, уточнювати та поширювати свої знання з основ дефектології та логопедії, засвоїти прийоми виявлення, корекції та попередження порушень психофізичного розвитку.
Основним завданням курсу є: надання студентам достовірних знань в галузі дефектології, уявлень про основні категорії дітей з особливостями психофізичного розвитку, про психолого-педагогічні діагностичні заходи, про специфіку навчання та виховання дітей різних категорій, про основні типи закладів для цих категорій дітей та особливості корекційно-розвиткової роботи, навчання дітей з особливими освітніми потребами в інклюзивному середовищі.

Аbstract
The program of studying the normative academic discipline "Basics of Special Pedagogy and Speech Therapy" is accordance with the educational and professional program of training bachelors of pedagogical specialties А 2 Preschool Education.
In modern general and special pedagogy, the position on necessity of early detection and overcoming of disturbances in psychophysical development of the child is declared. This is extremely important for the formation of the child's personality, to prepare him/her for school. Students, future preschool teachers, educators need to have an idea of all the main types of disorders of psychophysical development, and, above all - intellectual, speech, the causes of their occurrence, as well as ways to overcome and correct them. This is what we define as the basis of corrective, and in their composition - speech therapy, knowledge.
The purpose of the course is to equip students with modern knowledge of correctional pedagogy and psychology; to help students, future specialists in the field of preschool education, on the basis of active independent work to systematize, clarify and disseminate their knowledge on the basics of special education and speech therapy, learn techniques for detecting, correcting and preventing mental and physical disorders.
The main task of the course is to provide students with reliable knowledge in the field of special education, ideas about the main categories of children with psychophysical development, psychological and pedagogical diagnostic measures, the specifics of teaching and educating children of different categories, the main types of institutions for these categories of children. - developmental work, education of children with special educational needs in an inclusive environment.
